Yin is a slower paced therapeutic style of yoga mainly practised on the floor, targeting the deeper connective tissues of the body.
This style of yoga is for all abilities, incorporating props such as bolsters and yoga bricks to support and enhance the practice.
I also offer sound therapy during the relaxation at the end of class for a truly nurturing and nourishing experience.
Pre booking is essential.
